Terms of Service.

The conditions for using a personal automation project and any integrations made available through it.

Last updated · September 17, 2026

These Terms explain the conditions for using automations operated through oauth.sayforge.ai. By using a workflow made available to you, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy before connecting an account.

The service

Sayforge is a personal project for creating and running automation workflows. These Terms apply if I authorize you to use a workflow or integration.

The project is operated by an individual, not by a registered company or other legal entity. These Terms are between you and the individual operating oauth.sayforge.ai.

Access and permitted use

You may use only workflows and features that I have made available to you, and only for lawful purposes that are consistent with their stated function. Access is permission-based; these Terms do not create a general right to use the n8n instance or to obtain an account.

You must not use the service to access data without authorization, send spam or abusive messages, interfere with the service or third-party systems, evade usage limits, or violate applicable law or a connected service's terms. Do not attempt to access another person's credentials, workflows, or data.

Google OAuth and connected services

Some workflows require you to authorize Google OAuth permissions. Google's consent screen presents the scopes requested for a connection. By approving a connection, you authorize the workflow to perform the actions allowed by those scopes for the disclosed workflow purpose, which may include reading, creating, changing, or sending content in a connected Google service. You can decline or later revoke access through Google Account connections; the affected workflow may stop working.

Depending on the workflow, integrations may involve Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, other Google APIs, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies. I do not control their availability, permission decisions, rate limits, or changes. Your use of them remains subject to their requirements.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to connect an account and process the data you provide to a workflow. Review each permission request and the workflow's intended actions before authorizing it. Keep your account credentials secure, maintain appropriate access controls in connected services, and check important workflow results before relying on them.

If you connect data relating to other people, you are responsible for any notices, permissions, or other legal basis required for your use of that data. Notify me promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of a connection I operate.

Data and privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how this project handles data in connection with its website, n8n workflows, and Google API access. A workflow may create, change, or transmit information in a connected account according to its configuration and authorized permissions. You remain responsible for the content and accounts you choose to connect. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of your content to me.

Availability and changes

The service is a personal project and may be changed, paused, or discontinued. Workflows may fail or be interrupted because of maintenance, configuration changes, connectivity issues, provider limits, revoked permissions, or third-party outages. I may add, change, or remove integrations and features when needed. I do not promise uninterrupted availability or that any particular workflow will remain available.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using a workflow at any time and may revoke its Google access in your Google Account. You may also request that I remove access and data under my control using the contact information below.

I may restrict or end access where necessary to protect the service or others, respond to a security issue, comply with law or third-party platform rules, or address a violation of these Terms. Where practical, I will give notice, but immediate action may be necessary. Ending access does not undo completed workflow actions or remove information already held by third-party services.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its workflows are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Automation can produce unintended results, including duplicate, incomplete, delayed, or incorrect actions. You should review workflows and their outputs before using them for important decisions or irreversible actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or warranty that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. My total liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid me for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them, including liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

I may revise these Terms as the project changes. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way before they take effect for users with ongoing access. If you continue using the service after revised Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and revoke connected access.
